PrimaLab Peptide ships research peptides to laboratories and research institutions worldwide. We currently ship to 50+ countries across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

2. DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES

Standard orders: Dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday)

Wholesale orders: Dispatched within 24 hours with dedicated priority processing

Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES

Europe: 3–7 business days
North America: 5–10 business days
Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
Middle East: 7–14 business days
Africa: 10–21 business days

All timeframes are estimates and subject to customs clearance processing times in the destination country.

4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions and destination country. Free shipping thresholds may apply — check the checkout page for current promotions.

5. TRACKING

Every order ships with full tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. Track your order at the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. PACKAGING & TEMPERATURE

All peptide orders are shipped in discreet, professionally sealed packaging. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain peptide integrity during transit.

7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import duties in the destination
country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. PrimaLab Peptide is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that importation of research compounds is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction before placing an order.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of any damage. We will investigate and resolve all legitimate claims promptly.

9. RETURNS
